IIJ GIO Hosting Package Control Panel (2013 - 2014)

  • Built and operated a new control panel and orchestration layer for the public cloud service, owning specification design, host operations, and on-call response.
  • Established company-wide CI/CD tooling and rolled it out to improve delivery quality and speed within the project.

IIJ GIO Infrastructure P2 (2014 - 2019)

  • Co-led the design of a refreshed KVM-based public cloud, producing UI and orchestration specifications and delivering the management console and automation services end-to-end.
  • Integrated internal systems, negotiated network interfaces, designed network components, fortified CI/CD platforms, and defined operations and test plans for an 8-person squad.

IIJ GIO Infrastructure P2 Gen.2 (2019 - 2020)

  • Served as development lead for the next-generation unified cloud, driving service ideation, target architecture, frontend delivery, operation and test design, and integration with corporate systems for a 12-person team.
  • Introduced Scrum, led the rollout, and mentored teams to institutionalize agile development.
